  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil


Pour all of the ingredients into the squeeze bottle and eyeball the amounts. If you do not have the time or you plan to use this over an extended period, I would skip the crushed garlic as it does not keep well. You just leave this dressing out, not refrigerated.
