- 1 1/ pounds ground lamb
- 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 6 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 8 buns
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the buns.
- BBQ on direct, medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes depending on how done you want them, turning once halfway.
