- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blackberry
- 2 cups diced peaches
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup half and half
- ¼ cup brandy
- Puree blackberries and peaches. Press puree mixture through fine strainer and discard seeds.
- Beat eggs well in bowl of electric mixer. Beat in sugar and marshmallow cream. Stir in cream, half and half, fruit puree and brandy. Cover and chill overnight.
- Freeze according to directions.
